Have you ever had that atrocious feeling that someone is undoubtedly taking you for a fool? It happens to be quite common in this day and age with politicians. Recently, the whole UK is talking about its Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, since apparently he is not very good at lying. Notwithstanding, the worst thing is that however clear is it that he is not telling the truth, he is not capable of being honest, let alone quitting. Do you know what he has done?
To begin with, approximately one month ago a picture was revealed showing Johnson, his wife and other colleagues drinking in the garden of Downing Street whilst the entire country was under lockdown. On this occasion the PM claimed that under no circumstances was it a social event, just business, nevertheless, the more information is released, the clearer becomes his failure attempt to hide the reality behind that meeting. In addition, thanks to the revelation of some whatsapps and emails, it has been known that members of the Parliament have been throwing parties when it was completely forbidden for the rest of the island, even when the Queen was sitting alone at the funeral of her late husband. In light of this view, at first, Johnson stated that he did not attend them, although, no sooner were the images of the party published than he had to admit that indeed he was there, as everybody can see on an specific video that was leaked. Nevertheless, he is still avoiding taking responsibility defending that he was not informed about that events, statements that have been dismissed by some colleagues.
Considering that in general not every single employee invites the big boss to social gatherings of this sort, he might not be lying about this point, nonetheless he definitely should have asked his colleagues to immediately call of the party, something that obviously did not happen. In brief conclusion, taking the afore mentioned into consideration, it is utterly unbelievable that not only is he reluctant to step down from his position, but also that the English Government is so shameless that they are actually convincingly affirming that the UK citizens do not wish a change in the power. Are you sure? I highly doubt that...-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
